Old Newberry District Chapter (ONDC) was organized November 20, 1991 and received its charter from the South Carolina Genealogical Society, Inc. (SCGS) December 7, 1991. ONDC was organized to encourage the science of genealogy, to provide education and promote interest in genealogy.
ONDC was also organized to promote the history of our ancestors and Newberry County and to provide a forum for the exchange of genealogical and historical information.
Explanation Of ONDC Mission
